Area Exploration Manager (AEM)
Nusa Tenggara Barat

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimum education Bachelor Degree(S-1) majoring in Geology or Mining
• Age 35-45years old
• 5 years experience in related level position

Specific qualifications :

• Understand and has ability to manage HSE system, able to perform training related to the HSE jobs and has certificate of HSE training / AK3. HSE system design, standard, and implementation
• Experienced in Gold exploration
• Having capabilities handle area/several project exploration
• Having knowledge and capable in handling various environment & society issue, Independent, risk taker.
• Experienced in all HR-spectrum(especially having knowledge in People Development)
• Recruitment Training
• Having competency of analysis, problem solving & decision making
• Hard worker and result oriented, Good communication/team work
• Strong leadership
• Good in English & computer literate
• Hired & Placement on NTB
